I do some conventions! Mostly west coast stuff, although I’ve been known to do some in other parts of the country. I believe my next two are Everfree NW (Seattle) and San Diego Comic Con.

Also you never really think about it normally, but i guess their horns are probably colour coded to match their fur? I mean, obviously a horn doesn’t have fur too. …Though in my headcanon they do have a thin layer of skin and nerves over them. Seeing as they’re not really like goat or gazelle horns… They are conduits of magic, so have a different function anyway. A unicorn horn has a big nerve in the hollow channel inside, kinda like a tooth - but this nerve connects through the skull directly to the brain.

The Last Unicorn is going on a Screening Tour

Peter S. Beagle, the author of the original book is taking The Last Unicorn animated film on tour. The tour will be featuring an entirely new gorgeous 2K print of the film.

The premiere screening will be on the night of April 20th, in San Francisco California at the Castro Theater.

Beagle plans to personally screen the film all through out the United States and Canada, starting on the 20th of April and going all the way through the year 2015!

Go the tours official website to see more information and to see how you can possibly help bring the film to a city near you!

I am one million percent on board with this.
